Estas circunstancias han permitido tener una visi\u00f3n amplia de la institucionalizaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os\/as y de las consecuencias en su desarrollo integral.<\/p>\n<p>Las funciones encomendadas est\u00e1n orientadas a la integraci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1o\/as y adolescentes en familia ajena, bajo las diferentes modalidades de acogimiento que se establecen en la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2010\/BOE-A-2010-10213-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> Ley 14\/2010<\/strong><\/a><strong>, de 27 de mayo, de los derechos y oportunidades de la infancia y la adolescencia <\/strong>y el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portaldogc.gencat.cat\/utilsEADOP\/PDF\/8643\/1900067.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decreto 63\/2022<\/a>, de 5 de abril, de los derechos y deberes de los ni\u00f1os y los adolescentes en el sistema de protecci\u00f3n, y&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>del procedimiento y las medidas de protecci\u00f3n a la infancia y la adolescencia.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
